Founder of a women’s only fitness company and online platform @strong.as.a.mother.stl on instagram, Katy is on a mission to squash every fitness & nutrition myth out there. \n\nNathan formerly served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army - year tour in Afghanistan (Platoon Leader & Civil Affairs Officer). He also served as a Deputy Sheriff. Now, Nathan is a counselor for combat veterans. He also trains police departments, military units/veterans, and first responders in addition to hosting retreats. He loves studying self-mastery and meditation.
